Group Training

At the International Centre for Government Excellence, we pride ourselves on the range of subject matter and training formats we are able to offer our clients. If your organisation is considering arranging training for a group, we are able to offer a range of options for in-house and group training, which is an economical choice when several people wish to upskill on a particular subject. All of the following formats are available both as physical delivery and online options, including e-learning and live webinars.

Group Training

Select any one of the open programmes which we offer in the UK throughout the year and we can offer this on your premises online, or at a location of your choice in your country or in the UK. Learn in the comfort of your own surroundings while we provide all course materials and training delivery, as well as making all the logistical arrangements required for our expert trainer(s) to lead the course.

This option is typically available for any number of participants up to a limit of 25 to ensure maximum impact and interaction throughout the programme.

Tailored Training

If you seek more bespoke training content, we are able to tailor any of our programmes to meet your organisational requirements. This may involve including case studies relevant to your organisation/context or tailoring the format of the training to reconfigure the balance of lectures, exercises and workshops.

We are able to provide this option for groups up to 25 individuals, online, in the UK or in the delegates’ country with all the same benefits as Group Training.

Bespoke Group Training

If your organisation seeks training on any other subject, we are well experienced in the process of designing, developing and delivering bespoke training for clients online, on their own premises, or at a location of their choice.

To do this, the International Centre for Government Excellence carries out a needs’ assessment with you to understand the challenges faced by your organisation, and the culture and context within which you work, both organisationally and nationally, in order to design a bespoke training solution. This consultative process ensures that the client is involved at every stage to ensure that the impact of the training is felt long after the course concludes.
